- Facilitation of the SIM issuance process for purchased numbers, subject to applicable telecom regulations.
Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on the Eden Rose website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed are indicative and the final price may vary based on availability, operator policies, and negotiation.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required before the transfer or allocation of any VIP number, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Eden Rose accepts payment via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted digital payment modes as communicated at the time of purchase.
- Cash transactions may be accepted for select in-person dealings at the discretion of Eden Rose.
- All taxes, including GST, as applicable under Indian law, are the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to the invoice amount.
Eden Rose shall not be held liable for any delay in number transfer caused by the telecom operator or regulatory authority after payment has been received.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of premium number transactions, the following policy applies:
- Once a transaction is initiated and payment is made, cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered if Eden Rose is unable to deliver the purchased number due to reasons within our control.
- No refund will be issued if the transaction fails due to the buyer's failure to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation required by the telecom operator.
- Any approved refund will be processed within 10–15 working days via the original payment method.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Eden Rose website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Eden Rose and is protected by applicable Indian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this website without the prior written consent of Eden Rose.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Eden Rose website and all its content are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Eden Rose does not warrant that:
